Features

Future Hosting uses industry leading SuperMicro and Dell server
hardware for maximum performance at the lowest price.
AMD & Intel - Intel has been the long time industry leader
and the staple of the industry while AMD continues to increase
performance and chip away at market share. Future Hosting
supplies both AMD and Intel processors for a complete line
of servers to fulfill almost any requirement.
Dual Core Processors - Dual core processors give increased
computing power for multi-threaded environments while decreasing
the software cost of per processor based applications.
ECC RAM and SATA II and SA-SCSI- Using server grade ECC (error
correcting code) ram reduces application and OS failures.
Combine that
with the latest SATA II Hitachi and Western Digital Hard drives
with NCQ (native command queuing) and massive storage capability
to get great price performance for your data needs. Future
Hosting also uses primarily SA-SCSI hard drives for its Virtuozzo
VPS severs to provide optimal read and write speeds in the
virtualized environment.
IPMI 2.0 Hardware - Through the use of an IPMI controller
(BMC), server monitoring and management has become even more
detailed. CPU temp, ram usage, fan speed, remote reboot and
console over LAN are the major features of this technology.
32 / 64 Bit Operating Systems - Utilizing enterprise 32-
and 64-bit operating systems from Microsoft and Red Hat ensures
compatibility and stability for your server environment. Included
are private up-to-date servers for patch updates including
Red Hat Registration services. Internal testing shows a 10
to 20% increase in performance for 64-bit operating systems
over 32-bit systems on the same hardware.
32 / 64 Bit Applications - Relationships with Microsoft,
Red Hat, Plesk and more ensure 32- or 64-bit application compatibility
with operating systems. If you are running a third-party application
not supplied by Future Hosting, check with your vendor for
OS requirements.
