Engineer Positions 11/15/2007

Responsibilities:

• Configure and troubleshoot Virtuozzo and HSPcomplete systems
• Troubleshoot cPanel and Plesk related issues
• Knowledge with firewalls (APF/CSF/IPTables)
• Configure and troubleshoot web servers, databsase servers, mail servers, etc.
• Professionally and efficiently resolve issues via trouble ticket

Experience:

• Operating systems: Red Hat, CentOS, Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu Web Servers: LiteSpeed, Apache
• Database: MySQL, Postgres
• Control Panel: cPanel, Plesk, Virtuozzo, VMWare
• Network troubleshooting
